On a PFP list, I rate Spinks ahead of Michael Moorer. That said, as light heavyweights, I believe Moorer would have Spinks' number. At light heavyweight Moorer was scary strong and a devastating puncher, and I fear Spinks would have suffered a fate similar to his bout with Tyson, but at heavyweight I believe Spinks' skill set keeps him on his feet and gets him the decision.
